Ball-turning lathes: for pieces of 300-1000 mm diameter, up to 2000 mm long;
Crankshaft lathes: for tractor industry and marine engines with crankpins of max. 4000 mm diameter and crankshafts of max. 3200 mm long;
Roll-turning lathes: for cast iron and steel rolls of mills. Rolls diameters 650-2000 mm, length 4000-8000 mm, Weight 16-100 tons;
Centerless turning machines: for bars and pipes of 5-350 mm diameter, 1800-10000 mm long;
Deep-boring Machines: for drilling and boring pieces of 600-3400 mm diameter, 1000-25000 mm long, up to 250 tons;
Pipe-cutting machines and pipe-facing machines: for pipes of 6-2520 mm diameter, up to 12000 mm long. The machines can be used in batteries and individually;
Machines for rolls of pipe mills: machined in assembly with a working stand of 960-2300 mm diameter;
Ingot slicing machines: for slicing the ingots of 590 mm diameter, 2800 mm long into billets for tires on wheelsets of railroad cars;
Cut-of machines: diameter of disk saw: 710-1010 mm; 2000 mm and 3100 mm;
Roll – rebuilding machines: for rebuilding the rolls of rolling mills by automatic are deposition. Diameter of rolls - 250-1700 mm;
Machines for round aluminium ingots: for 70-860 mm diameters, 1850 mm long;
Machines for graphitized electrodes: for 500-1240 mm diameters, 2500 mm long;
Friction welding machines: for 60-168 mm diameter, 200-1600 mm long;
Shell welding machines: for shells of 900-9000 mm diameter, max.35000 mm long;
Axle transfer lines for railroad cars;
Coupling transfer lines for drill pipes: for couplings of 60-146, 114-168, 146-324 mm diameters
Pipe working lines: for 89-520 mm, diameter, 6000-12000 mm long;
Cutoff-and-centering machines: for railway carriages? axles of 130-230 mm diameter and max. 2700 mm long;
Tracer lathes: 120-130 mm diameter; up to 2700 mm;
Roll-hardening lathes: 90-240 mm diameter; up to 2700 mm long;
Roll-hardening Machines: 120-250 mm diameter; up to 2700 mm long;
Lathes for railway transport: for turning the single wheelsets of 840-1250 mm diameter; 2600 mm long
Millers for railway transport: for milling the wheelsets without rolling out of locomotives 850-1350 mm; diameter; up to 2600mm long
Aluminium ingot lines: for 90-520 mm, diameter, 250-1200 mm long;
Graphitized electrode lines: for 450-710 mm diameter, 2400 mm long;
Graphitized ingot cutting lines: max. size 700 x 700 x 4000
Components, sub-assemblies and equipment: from Customer drawings;
Wheelset lifter for locomotives: load capacity is 70 tons: designed to sink and roll single wheel-sets of all series out of locomotives;
Woodworking equipment: frame saw, frame of 630 mm wide, saw for boards of 150-1000 mm diameter, 1000-800 mm long;
Spare parts and sub-assemblies – retrofitting of Machines;
Overhauling and modernization of machines and mounting of new CNC systems. Erection, commissioning and after-sale service of equipment supplied.
